Yazmily Escalante Morales, age 14 of Springfield passed away on February 3, 2016 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville.

Yazmily was a strong, loving and faithful person. She loved spending time with friends and family. She had an unbelievable strong faith. In her spare time she enjoyed playing with her brothers and sister, reading her Bible, painting and swimming.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Yolanda Morales and Heriberto Santiago; siblings, Bryan Morales, Bradley Morales and Amy Santiago; grandfather, Meliton Morales; aunt, Adela Morales and cousins Sharoline Pop and Byron Pop.

A Life Celebration will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church: 1014 5th Ave East, Springfield, Tennessee 37172, burial will follow at Springfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 5th, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Springfield Funeral Home, then again on Saturday from 9:00am until the time of service at the funeral home.

Yazmily fue fuerte, cariñosa y fiel. Le encantaba pasar el tiempo con amigos y familia. Ella tenía una increíble fe firme. En su tiempo libre le gustaba jugar con sus hermanos y su hermana, leer su Biblia, pintura y natación.

Ella vivia con su madre y su padrastro, Yolanda Morales y Heriberto Santiago; los hermanos, Bryan Morales, Bradley Morales y Amy Santiago; abuelo, Melitón Morales; tía, Adela Morales y primos Sharoline Pop y Byron Pop. Una vida celebración tendrá lugar a las 11:00 am el sábado, 6 de febrero de 2016 a los hispanos de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día: 1014 5th Ave East, Springfield, Tennessee 37172, el entierro se realizará en Springfield Memorial Gardens.

La familia recibirá amigos Viernes desde las 4:00pm hasta las 8:00pm en el Springfield Funeraria, luego otra vez el sábado desde las 9:00am hasta el tiempo de servicio en la iglesia.
