William O'Brien

O'BRIEN, William Barrett, Age 84, Nashville, November 17, 2008. He was born on April 19, 1924, in Manhattan, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Helen O'Brien, who died in 1993 and his grandson, Luke Francis McKeon, who died in 1999. He is survived by his son, Stephen M. O'Brien of Staten Island, New York; daughters, Eileen Ann O'Brien, Kathleen M. Frank McKeon and Elizabeth E. William H. de Felice, all of Nashville; grandchildren, Timothy Maroney and Erin McKechnie of Miller Place, New York, Tricia Oliphant, Michael McKeon, Deirdre McKeon, Matthew McKeon and Laura D'Amico Moore, all of Nashville; great-grandchildren, Nicholas D'Amico, Joseph D'Amico, Jacob D'Amico, James McKechnie IV, Rowan Oliphant, Ryan Maroney, Katelyn McKeon and Aidan Maroney; sister, Mary O'Connor of Columbia, South Carolina; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. O'Brien moved with his wife, Lillian, to Nashville from Staten Island, New York in 1991. Funeral Mass will be at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6401 Harding Pk. Interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
