William Lambdin

LAMBDIN, William Charles, June 19, 2009, Bill fell asleep in Christ at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born June 18, 1943, in Elkhart, Indiana to Cecil and Dorothy Markel Lambdin. On February 1, 1964, Bill married his wife of 45 years, Ann Miller of Goshen, Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University's Krannert School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, 1968. He was employed by General Electric for 25 years. Bill enjoyed ham radio, golf, food, traveling and family vacations to North Carolina, researching his family lineage and family get togethers. He will be greatly missed by his wife, children and their families: Laura married to Frank D'Amico-Boston, MA, Thad Lambdin married to Suzanne Pearson-Detroit, MI and Amanda married to Casey White-Nashville, TN and their grandchildren – Stefano, Kaleigh, Andrew, Nathaniel, Mackenzie and Bergen. He will also be missed by his sister Sharon Lambdin Stauffer and her three children Todd, Troy and Brenda. Visitation will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 23, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. A graveside memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens, Nashville, TN.
