William Franklin

FRANKLIN, Mr. William Maxie, son of the late Mr. William Henry Franklin and Mrs. Ila Franklin, was born November 25, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan and departed this life on Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, Kentucky. He was 73 years of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ, and formerly attended the Church of Christ. He was a Vietnam Veteran, where he served in the United States Navy. Mr. Franklin is survived by 1 daughter, 2 sons, and one daughter-in-law: Ginger L. Franklin, Daniel T. & Milli Franklin, and John B. Franklin, all of Nashville, Tennessee. 2 sisters and a brother-in-law: Betty Franklin Shockley of Nashville and Linda & Dan Desmet of Troy, Michigan. There will be graveside services for Mr. William Maxie Franklin conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 27, 2013 at the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens in Nashville, Tennessee by the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens and Funeral Home. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of your choice.
