Sue Evelyn Sanders, age 74 of White House and formally of Goodlettsville TN passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center.

Mrs. Sanders was born on December 31, 1945 to the late Forrest Emmett and Vera Mai Allgood.

She worked for many years as a Customer Service Representative at Delta Dental of TN in Nashville.

Mrs. Sanders was described as a loving mother; she was the glue and rock of the family. She enjoyed sewing for her family everything from clothes to aprons and even monogramming for great grandchildren's outfits. Holidays and time spent with her family was considered a perfect day.

Last year after the passing of her husband and their father, she and her daughters spent the weekend in Gatlinburg which brought tons of laughter and memories.

Mrs. Sanders is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Glen Sanders; grandson, Kevan Michael Hawkins; four brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her daughters, Mylinda (Mark) Parker and Karen (John Wayne) Traughber; grandchildren, Meagan (Gary) Rockey, Mitchell (Sarah) Parker, Ashley (Chris) Proctor, Debra (David) Mrak, Justin (Julie) Hawkins, Matthew (Cristena) Parker, and Amanda (Luke) West and her father John Fink; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Cooper, Chloe, Devin, Eric, Emerson, Harper, AnnaCate, Rosalie, Elliston, Delilah, Beckett and Brooks and many nieces and nephews.

A Life Celebration will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 12pm with Brother Roger Thaxton officiating burial will follow at Springfield Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st from 4-8pm then again on Thursday from 10am until the time of service. Online condolences can be made at www.SpringfieldFH.com.
