Rubye Bass

BASS, RUBYE OLIVE, age 85, of Hendersonville, passed away peacefully on
Saturday, November 11, 2006 following a short illness. Mrs. Bass was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, James Hartwell Bass. Her devotion in family will be missed by her daughter, Peggy B. Putman, her son-in-law, Buford F. Putman. Her grandchildren, Trena P. Brimm Phillip and Tony S. Putman Laurie, great-grandchildren, Derek S. Katy Brimm, Dana Le Ann Brimm, Dawn Ashlee Brimm, Chandler Layne and Riley Olivia Putman, and many dear friends. Remains are in the care of Hendersonville Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends on Monday, November 13, 2006 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor Allen Weller officiating. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
