Reanna Lee Todd Lehanertz was born on May 16, 1986 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN to Joy and Robert Todd. She was beacon of light to all who knew her, embodying kindness, grace, and an unwavering spirit that will be dearly missed.
Reanna was educated at Greenbrier Elementary, Middle, and High Schools in Robertson County where she graduated in 2004. She received her B.A. degree in 2007 from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Reanna continued her education at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence. She was then hired by the Kennedy Law Firm located in Clarksville, TN. After working for the Kennedy Law Firm, she was hired by the state of Tennessee as an Administrative Judge for TennCare cases. After that position, she worked as an Administrative Judge for the Tennessee Department of Revenue until her passing.
She is survived by her husband, Matthew Lehnertz, daughter, Katarina Lehnertz, father Robert Todd Jr., sister Sierra Bridgers (husband Matthew Bridgers), grandfather Robert Todd Sr. and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Ruth and Gilbert “Bud” Dorris of Greenbrier, TN and Betty Lee Todd of Salisbury, MD, and her mother Joy Todd.
During her youth, Reanna was active theater and color guard for Greenbrier High School. She was a member of the International Order of Rainbow for Girls and in 2004 she was appointed Grand Worthy Advisor for the state of Tennessee. In her adulthood, she continued her support of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls as an adult advisor. She also became a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and served as Secretary of her Chapter for a few years. Reanna enjoyed gardening, sewing, and crafts. To share these gifts, Reanna would can her veggies and make jams to sell at the local farmers market with her father. Some of her favorite times were her dance parties with her daughter.
Reanna's life was marked by her vibrant personality and deep love for family and friends. Her life was a testament to her relentless pursuit of joy and fulfillment. Those who had the privilege to know her experienced her warm smile and infectious laughter, which could brighten even the darkest days. She cultivated lasting relationships, always making time to help others and share a comforting word.
Reanna’s visitation will occur at Springfield Funeral Home on Sunday, March 16th from 4pm to 8pm with an Eastern Star Service at 7pm, then again on Monday, March 17th from 11am to 1pm. A Life Celebration will be held Monday, March 17th at 1pm with entombment to follow at Springfield Memorial Gardens.
