Nancy E. Watts, age 87 of Old Hickory and formerly of Cedar Hill, passed away May 13, 2016. Nancy was born in Robertson County on August 18, 1928 to the late Benjamin David Teasley and Sue Adams Teasley.

Nancy loved many things, but she loved her family the most. She enjoyed working in her yard and loved cooking for her family; always enough for everyone to take home. She retired from Lowe's Home Improvement after 35 years working at the Clarksville and Hermitage stores. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, B.H. Watts, Jr. and her brother, Jim Teasley.

She is survived by her children, Wanda Brewer, Debbie (Jay) Lowenthal, Buck Watts and Corky Watts; grandchildren, Don Poston, Jr., Amy Breedlove and Jada Dixon; great-grandchildren, Zachary, David and Gracyn Breedlove and Stella Dixon; brothers, Bob and Joe Teasley and sister, Betty Massey.

A Life Celebration Service will be held on Tuesday, May 17th at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4-8 P.M. and on Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
