Mary Dennis

Mary Louise Dennis age 72 of Springfield passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at NorthCrest Medical Center.

She was born on August 15, 1948 to the late Edward and Edna Anfang in Orrville, OH. She married the love of her life on November 19, 1966. She worked for many years as a data entry clerk at Wilson Sporting Goods until they closed. She then became a Pharmacy Tech at Walmart  until she retired to spend time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Dennis was a strong woman through her life.  She was given many mountains to climb which she did with grace.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, and working puzzles.  Her and her husband Lloyd bowled many years together on  different Leagues in Springfield.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Lloyd Dennis; daughter, Laurie (Skip) Beattie; and granddaughters; Paige and Addison Beattie.

A Life Celebration will be held on Tuesday at 2pm in the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home with Brother Morris Watson officiating. Entombment will follow at Springfield Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
