Mark Anthony Lopez

Mark Anthony Lopez Sr., age 51, passed away on March 9, 2024, in Springfield, TN.  He was born on September 24, 1972, to Jose Lopez Sr. and Jessie Solano Lopez in Santa Maria, CA. He is survived by his loving wife Jennifer Lopez, sons Mark Lopez Jr. (Marissa) and Richard Lopez (Sara) of Lompoc, CA, son Joshua Lopez (Drina) and daughter Sabrina Lopez (Josh) of Springfield, TN. He is also survived by siblings Jose Lopez Jr., Richard Rea, Paula Rea and Monique Rea, all of California. Left to warm his side of the bed, are his loyal four-legged companions: Chico, Nacho, Sasha, Ruger and Dobby.

Mark was preceded in death by both parents, sister Lucinda Rea and granddaughter Aliyah. Mark was known for his love of fishing and the Raiders. However, he loved nothing more in this world than his grandchildren: Jessie, Mia, Gabriel, Nalani, Julyssa and Elijah (great-grandson) of Lompoc, CA, and Kaitlynn, McKenzie, Madalynn, Sadie and Jenelle of Springfield, TN.

Mark will be cremated according to his wishes with a private family gathering at a later date.
