Lester Clinton

CLINTON, Lester B age 84 passed away on May 12, 2009. Mr. Clinton was a retired church of christ minister for 50 years. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Wilma Clinton; daughter, Sandra Milligan; grandchildren, Samantha Stewart Stowers, Marshall Milligan; great-grandson, Jackson Stowers; step-granddaughters, Louisa Stowers, Sarah Stowers; sister-in-law, Lurline Gene Yarchever; sisters, Ruby Miller, Gladys Murphy, Irene Thurston; brother, James Clinton; son-in-law, David Dowling; special friend, Tony James. Funeral services will be on Friday at 2 pm at Harpeth Hills with Bobby Kelly, Wilson Jenkins, Dennis Tidwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Carl Ratliff, Bobby Winters, Robert Dotson, Danny Dotson James Beard, Tony James, Wayne England will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be on Thursday from 12-8 pm and on Friday from 11-2 at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 HWY 100, 615 646-9292
