CONATSER, Lella Mae "Lu"-Age 83. November 17, 2008. Mrs. Conatser was an elementary school teacher for more than 34 years in Birmingham, AL, Jacksonville, FL, San Bernardino, CA and Rialto, CA. She graduated from George Peabody College for Teachers. She was a member of Metro Nashville Teachers Association, American Association of University Women, Davidson County Democratic Women, Nashville Chapter of U.N.A.-U.S.A. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Raymond C. Conatser; daughters, Judith A. Mian Lal S. , Carol A. Wright Lee R.; son, John C. Conatser; grandsons, Benjamin A. Wright, David S. Mian, Adam S. Mian. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Calvary United Methodist Church, 3701 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, with Dr. Peter van Eys officiating. Private burial will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens following the service. Visitation in the Master Commons of Calvary Church one hour prior to service.
