John William Pulley, age 58 of Jacksonville, Florida and formerly of Springfield Tennessee peacefully passed away at his home on May 7th 2016. John was born on August 24, 1957 in Madison, Tennessee to the late Howard and Nell Pulley. He is survived by his loving wife, Jackie Sullivan-Pulley; two wonderful brothers and sisters and their spouses, David Pulley (Debbie), Don Pulley (Susan) Donna Smith (Barry) Cindy Joyce (Harold); he is also survived by a wonderful sister-in-law and brother -in-law, Kay Stegall and Michael Sullivan and several nieces and nephews all of Tennessee. A Life Celebration Service honoring John will be held on Saturday, July 16th at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home with Harrold Henderson officiating.
He worked in the pump industry his whole adult life, moved to Springfield Tennessee in 2001 and to Jacksonville Florida in 2005 where he was employed by Power and Pumps as a service manager. John was a gun and NASCAR enthusiast, he enjoyed boating, grilling and spending time with family and friends. John was a loving, caring, generous and amazing man; he was always willing to help anyone in need and will truly be missed
