Survived by: wife, Addie Clark; brother, Vernon Clark; step-daughter, Sherill Fred Williams; step-sons, Gary Leta Barnes, Randall Barnes, and Herbert Barnes; 7 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 10 AM at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Darrell Blankenship officiating. Interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 4 from 2-8 PM and on Thursday from 9-10 AM at West Harpeth Funeral Home 352-9400
