Joe Patterson

Mr. Joe Mack Patterson, age 74, of Springfield passed away surrounded by his family on January 6, 2023. He was born on July 21, 1948 in Smithville, TN to the late Joe Robert Patterson and Juanita Maxwell. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Duane Patterson; and sister, Kathryn Matuszewski.

Joe was a godly man with a witty personality. He was an avid fisherman. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be truly missed.

Joe is survived by his children, Joe (Christy) Patterson, Sandy (Allen) Kalisch, and Mark (Kimberly) Patterson; adopted son, Tim Crague; grandchildren, Jessica (Mark) Penick, Austin (Emma) Wagnon; step grandchildren, CJ (Sam) Hampton, and Amber Patterson; brother, Alex (Kim) Patterson; and sister, Judy (Joe) Bakken.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm, Wednesday, January 11th at Springfield Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1-2pm prior to the graveside service on Wednesday.
