James & Toni Gaches

James D. and Toni B. Gaches are reunited together in the presence of their Lord and Savior. James D. Gaches was born on May 26, 1943, in Stillwell, OK and went to his heavenly home on August 10, 2020. Toni B. Gaches was born on November 19, 1948, in Willits, CA and went to her heavenly home on May 22, 2022.

James and Toni were married for 54 years, they were inseparable. They begin their ministry together in 1966, as Pastors in Sebastopol Ca. They evangelized for many years, taking their children on the road with them, Ministering and singing as a family. Eventually James and Toni’s Ministry would lead them to become the District Leaders for the Pentecostal Young Peoples Association for all Northern California. They would go on to become Pastors and settle in Ceres California. During their tenure as senior pastors at Ceres Christian Life Center, they had a vision to build a Retirement Center for the elderly, and thru their dedication and hard Work, this dream became a reality that continues to this day. James and Toni pastored several churches over the years, pouring themselves into the lives of those that surrounded them. Toni also served as a prayer counselor, Manager, and Trainer for Christian Broadcasting Network, and received many accommodations for her efforts, including employee of the year. James and Toni had a passion to win souls for Christ, to them that was the most important assignment given to them during their time on this earth.

James and Toni’s latter years were filled with supporting their children in ministry, leaving a legacy that will continue. James and Toni served as elders at Restoring Hope Church under their Pastors Aaron and Amanda Crabb whom they loved deeply. They loved their church family, serving people, but most of all

Serving Jesus.

Secrets. Seeing all sights we can only imagine, reuniting with their loved ones that we believe met them at the gates to welcome them to their heavenly home. Until we meet again….. We Love You Dad & Mom.

They are survived by their children, Gus (Tamra) Gaches, Charles Gaches and Alisha (Todd) Howard; grandchildren, Gus Gaches II, Todd (Dazerae) Howard, Kylie (Brad) Baggett, Vivian (Trever) Phillips, Ethan Howard, Elisha Howard; Toni’s siblings, Joyce Anderson and brother, Bobby Riley and a host of nieces and nephews.
