James Waters

WATERS, James T., 81 of Hendersonville passed away on July 23, 2009. Mr. Waters retired from the United States Air Force with 20 years of service. He later retired from the State of Tennessee with 23 years of service where he was the manager of the Gallatin Job Service. He was a longtime member of the American Legion Post 17 and a former state commander for the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Martha Waters. He is survived by his wife, Mutzie Waters; daughter, Barbara Boone Michael McGinnis; granddaughter, Abby Boone. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, July 27 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Of The Lake with Father William Bevington presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sumner Hospice, 510 E. Main St., Gallatin, TN 37066. Henersonville Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements
