James Custis Kanzelberger, age 88 of Hendersonville, TN passed away peacefully on February 5, 2014. James was a proud WWII veteran, passionate entrepreneur and inventor who dreamt of an untethered life filled with adventure, travel and new friends which was fulfilled by his life on his house boat The Pied Piper which is as unique as he was. He is preceded in death by his brother, George Kanzelberger. James is survived by his daughter, Ann Snyder (Sam), sons, Kurt Kanzelberger (Jane Ann Megna) and Jay Kanzelberger (Shelly); grandchildren, Matt and Pete Riggs, Kadin Kanzelberger, Sammi and Nicki Gretz, and brother, Warren Kanzelberger.
