Frederick Rawlins

RAWLINS, Frederick William "Bill" age 82 of Nashville, passed away after a long illness on August 2, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Suzanne Rawlins; son, Drew Missy Rawlins; daughter, Ruth Phil Colgan; and grandsons, Tyler Colgan, Andy Rawlins, and Austin Colgan. Mr. Rawlins wrote about the state government and politics during his 46 year career at the Associated Press. The last 20 years of his career were spent reporting from the state capitol. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, August 4th from 4-8 P.M. at West Harpeth Funeral Home, and on Thursday, August 5th from 10-11 A.M. at St. David's Episcopal Church with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 A.M. at the church.
