Esther Mann

Esther Delight Wolff Mann was 88 years old when she passed away on September 15, 2010. She and her husband, John Edward Mann, lived in Hendersonville, TN. She was born February 11, 1922 in Springfield, Missouri and was the 4th child of William G. and Marchie Wolff. Both of her parents, a sister, Delores, and brothers Kenneth and Dale Wolff preceded her in death. Also proceding her in death was a grandson, Mark Yancey. She and her family moved from Missouri to Indiana where she met her husband, John Edward Mann, and they were married on April 11, 1941 and lived in Huntington, Indiana for many years. She had 3 children, Anita Bogar Greenbrier, TN, Virginia Yancey Orlando, FL, and Steven Mann Nashville, TN. In November of 1986, she and John moved to Cottontown, TN, following her husband's retirement. She had 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2, at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Sharpe officiating.
