Danny Ray Anderson, age 51 of Portland passed away on Monday, December 15, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Reese Anderson, sister, Helen L. Davis, and brother, Joey Wayne Anderson. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Georgia and Henry Perry, brother, David R. Anderson, sister, Brenda Anderson Donald, longtime companion, Eva-Jean, four nieces, four nephews, several great-nieces, and great-nephews, and his beloved pets, "Lucky, Gracie, and Shadow". Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, December 18 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Gallatin Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Anderson, and Bro. Forrest Creekmore officiating. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens at Crestview. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. and will resume on Thursday at 9:00 A.M. until service time. Online condolences may be submitted at www.gallatinfuneralhome.com.
