Carol Reed

Carol A. Reed, 77, of Smyrna, TN passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. She was born October 31, 1943 in Evansville, Indiana to Arthur and Bertha Cooper. Carol retired from Ingram Book Company in the year 2010. Carol's family was her pride and joy. She enjoyed spending every possible minute with her loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jeanette Brown, Donna Allen, and Marie "Tyonne" Crabtree, her brother, Edward "Butch" Cooper, and her grandson Jonathan Eakes.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Stacy Yandles and Susan Tallant (Billy) of Smyrna, TN. Carol has five grandchildren, Chelsey Tallant (Chris), Maylan (Matt) Bond, Morgan Yandles, Allie Tallant (David), and Tori Tallant (Jacob). She has three great grandchildren, Macie Lynn, Manning James, and Nora Ridley. She also has five bonus grandchildren, Haley and Braelynn Wheeker, Cody Hughes, Whitney Tallant, and Sydney Tallant. Also surviving is her sister, Karen Ellis of Evansville IN. Along with many nieces and nephews.
