Bonnie Hayes

Bonnie Eleanor Hayes age 70 of Dickson, TN passed away at her daughters' home in Springfield on Thursday, April 23, 2020.

She was born on October 19,1949 in Washington D.C. to the late Samuel Joseph and Sarah Eleanor Powell Hayes.

Bonnie worked for many years preparing food for Loveless Café and the Bellevue Market. Her specialty was her homemade pimento cheese and chicken salad. She then changed professions and ended her work career in healthcare/insurance.

She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was compassionate and would try to help others in need. Bonnie had a true soft spot in her heart for animals.

She is survived by her children, Angela Woodall and William Jason (Ellen) Norris; grandchildren, Sarah (Jeremy) Shaw, Elizabeth (Daniel) Wherry, Grace Woodall and Lillian Woodall; great-grandchildren, Zoey, Heidi, Hollis and Jackson; siblings, Patsy (James) Porter, Janet Hayes, Brian (Pamela) Hayes and Lisa Hayes; companion, Doug Tidwell and special friends, Barbara Parrish and Ed Lozier and her aunt, Sharon Goodall.

A Private Family Service will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020. Burial will follow at Springfield Memorial Gardens with honorary pallbearers, Daniel Wherry, Jeremy Shaw, Douglas Tidwell, Rocky Goodall, Ed Lozier and Joshua Hayes.
