Betty Jean Dishman Day, a beloved mother, grandmother, and district manager, passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 90. She was born on October 8, 1933, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to the late Clarence Odom and Ruby Warren Dishman. Betty was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many with her kindness, dedication, and love.
Throughout her life, Betty exemplified hard work and determination. Starting as a waitress, she steadily climbed the career ladder to become a district manager—a testament to her tenacity and perseverance. But beyond her professional achievements, she will always be remembered for the love and devotion she poured into her family.
Betty's proudest accomplishments revolve around her role as a mother to her three boys: Steven Leonard Frazier, Bruce Michael Frazier, and Scott Andrew (Allison) Frazier. She loved them unconditionally and always put their needs before her own. Her selflessness knew no bounds, and she made it a priority to be actively involved in their lives.

From driving to Coco Beach with Scott to watch her grandson play baseball to exploring new places while camping at Bledsoe Creek, Betty seized every opportunity to create experiences that brought joy to their lives. She had a special bond with each grandchild: Amber Frazier, Stephany Stover, Jennifer Michelle Frazier Neal (Josh), and James Scott Frazier (Achantye). The love extended further as she welcomed great-grandchildren Chloe, Roman, Nadia, Jonah, Mason, and McKenzie Jean into her heart.
Betty had a zest for life that shone through in her hobbies and interests. She found solace in completing puzzle books and expressing herself through painting rocks—a reflection of her creative spirit. These pastimes allowed her to unwind and find joy in the simple pleasures of life.
